we had a balcony. being within 5 minutes walk from dionisios solomos square was convenient for us. we really enjoyed staying at palatino.

I loved the fact that the hotel was in a peaceful quite neighborhood within walking distance of just about everything.

Very professional check-in. Reasonable breakfast with good opening times. Internet access is free (even if notices in rooms need updating). Parking ok (restricted but we did not have issues in Aug).
Stairs to access the hotel reception, also one of the rooms was very small. Breakfast could do with full size toaster working for non pre-sliced bread.

The staff at the hotel were really friendly, and this applies to the front desk, night porter, dining and cleaning staff. Location is great, just a short walk to all the shops and the main squares. We had no trouble parking by the hotel. We asked for a sea view on 3rd or 4th floor and they delivered. Wasn't keen on the 'orange juice' at breakfast and would have been nice to have had more choice on the cereal front. Local Beach wasn't good, but a short drive south and you can find Azzuro Beach.....very nice. I know it doesn't relate to the hotel....but do see Blue Caves and shipwreck beach.
Orange juice at breakfast, lack of variety with cereals and also the milk was uht I think....so I avoided!

The hotel was very quiet but near to the centre. Very clean and comfortable.The staff, help me to print and send some faxes.
The breakfast was everyday the same. For me this was not a problem, but for some people is important.

The hotel was really nice and great location,specially to go out in the evening, but beach near hotel is bad, not confortable and boring, only option to go a bit far from city.room was clean and nice but bath they didn't clean so well.food is also good but I would be happy no have normal juice not that awful drink as we had.Hotel staff was always nice and friendly, helped always.

I've really appreciated the quietness, even if in the city centre at night you can look at a wonderful clear sky surrounded by the sound of cicada shrill and cricket chirps . Rich breakfast.The hotel is really cheap.
Parking area is nearly nonexistent.The staff has been efficient but not as polite and hospitable as the rest of the Greeks we've met during our trip.
